Council Meetings

Council meets on the third Tuesday of every month. Ordinary meets are open to any member of the community to attend as an observer. Members of the public can ask questions to council during "Question Time" which is one of the first agenda items of the meeting.

Alternately, electors wishing to address Council about a specific issue may do so in writing addressed to the Chief Executive Officer.

The letter must be received at the Shire Office no later than 10 working days before the meeting.

Council agendas and minutes are available at the Shire Office and Council Libraries for public perusal, they are also available online under the Public Documents section. Minutes of Ordinary Meetings can been sent to your home or organisation on a regular basis for the following fees:
