Registers required by legislation

• The Local Government Act 1995 requires that certain Registers be published on the Shire website, as from a date to be proclaimed.
• The Registers are to be maintained so as to be an up-to-date version ("up-to-date" is considered to be within 10 days).

Disclosure of Gifts

The Local Government Act 1995 and the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996 require Elected Members and the CEO to declare gifts ($300 or more) and have these recorded in the Register of Gifts via the Shire of Victoria Plains website.
