PUBLIC NOTICE
It has been noted that a number of Shire residents are taking water from the standpipe behind the
Shire Administration Office on Cavell Street.
Please be advised that this water is for
EMERGENCY AND SHIRE USE ONLY
. The water from the
Standpipe is potable and the Shire pays for this supply with ratepayer contributions.
If persons are seen taking the water without authorisation, registration information will be obtained
and an invoice will be issued for the estimated amount of water taken.
If you would like any or all of the pre-loved “furry families” in the Library, you can buy each with a
gold coin. All proceeds from the sale of these little treasures, will be donated to “Camp Quality”.
Our Purpose
Camp Quality’s purpose is to create a better life for
every child living with cancer in Australia. We are
committed to delivering national programs that build
resilience and optimistic behaviours for all children (0-
13 years) living with cancer in Australia.
Our Vision
Camp Quality’s five-year plan is to sustainably expand
our services to reach every child and family in Australia living with cancer. Our programs and
services will be designed to meet and accommodate changing and current needs. Under our 2012-
2017 Strategic Plan we have two strong achievable goals:
Goal One: Deliver programs with more relevance, equity, reach and effectiveness
Goal Two: Build a braver, more optimistic and sustainable organisation
