Early Childhood Information Night

our Local Area Coordinator, Jo Greig, from the Disabilities Commission,
Mainly Music plus info on the new Child Care Subsidy benefit.
Jobs for Families Child Care Package
Did you know that the current Government child care benefits (CCB
and CCR) are being replaced in July 2018 by a single means-tested
benefit called the Child Care Subsidy? A brief overview of the new
benefit will be covered on the night but for more information please

Do you have preschool aged children?
This Early Childhood Information Night is designed to introduce you
to or remind you of all the fabulous groups and services available to
you in this area.
The evening will also highlight initial contacts that parents can turn to if
they ever have any concerns over their child’s development. Examples of
possible concerns being a child not wanting to eat different types of food,
a child with a very short attention span, a child not using words to
communicate, a child not willing to play with other children, toilet
training, a child unable to use scissors or hold a pencil, a child not able to
walk or jump etc.
Presenters will have information, equipment and resources to show you.
