Community Budget Submissions 2016/2017
Eligible local community organisations are invited to apply for a share of $50,000 of the Shire of
Victoria Plains Community Budget. To discuss your project and to obtain an application form,

The Calingiri/New Norcia LCDC is due to be wound up.

ANZAC DAY – MONDAY 25TH APRIL 2016
Calingiri Progress Assn (Inc), are seeking able bodied people to assist with the
setting up at the War Memorial on Anzac Day morning, approximately 9.30 am.
Bolgart Progress have very kindly offered their assistance wherever needed, so
any help with either setting up and/or food and kitchen hands, would be very
much appreciated. Thanks once again Bolgart for your offer of assistance. Could
you please advise in what areas you are able to assist.
There will be an invitation in the next newsletter, and we will be asking those
attending, to please bring along a plate of finger food for a shared
lunch. However, if we have any lovely country cooks who would be prepared to
donate a batch of scones, sandwiches or whatever, please let me know. Your
contribution would be great !!
We are once again getting very prepared for another “wow factor”
commemoration and any assistance would be so helpful.
