Congratulations to Steven Woods and Gavin Halligan who were awarded
the 35 Years of Service Medal. Steven and Gavin attended a ceremony
at the Convention Centre in October where they were presented with their
medals. The local volunteers celebrated their awards at an end of year
get together in New Norcia in December.
To be a volunteer ambulance officer takes commitment, patience and an
ability to act efficiently and safely under the most trying of conditions.
Steven and Gavin have provided this service to the residents of the
Victoria Plains Shire and beyond with the greatest of skill and care.
