The Mogumber Outback Club
The Mogumber Outback Club hosted the Red Card for
Rabbits & Foxes Shoot on the night of March 25th. Teams shot on various
properties around Mogumber and gathered the next morning for a total count.
- 39 foxes
- 25 rabbits
- 1 feral cat
Many teams were on the hunt all night with some serious ute set ups and tactics.
The bacon & egg breakfast cooked by MOC members was welcomed the
following morning.
The Sporting Shooters Association WA is donating $5 for every cat & fox culled to
the Regional Men's Health. This was another opportunity to get together in the
little town of Mogumber and have a chat - so important for
#metalhealthawareness. Thanks to Alastair Crookes & Piers Anspach for
organising the event and to all the shooters, drivers & spot lighters who helped
reduce pests in the area.
