The Shire of Victoria Plains is offering an exiting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Works Foreman to play a key leadership role within our works team based in Calingiri. This position provides the chance to make a tangible difference to the safety, functionality and presentation of local infrastructure that directly supports our community.
As Works Foreman, you will lead and coordinate road construction and maintenance activities, working hands-on with a skilled team and a diverse fleet of plant and machinery. You will apply your strong technical knowledge of road-making practices, plant operation and maintenance, while also using your well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to support, guide and motivate staff.
