Community Grant Submissions 2024/2025
Each year the Shire of Victoria Plains requests submissions from the Community and Sporting clubs for Council funding of projects for the following financial year. An annual budget allocation of $40,000 will be made for community grants, capped to a maximum of $5,000 for any one project. Submissions must include full details of the proposal and include accurate assessments of cost as well as the commencement and completion dates. Council will consider all applications and make an assessment on a deemed priority basis.
This grant opportunity is opened annually in May and closes in June and the Shire's Community Development Officer will advise all Community Groups once the grant round has opened through emails, Website, Facebook and Newsletter.
The total funding pool for this grant is $40,000 with grant applications assessed by Shire Councillors and Shire Management Team.
